aka what you agree to and what the process will look like if you commission me yada yada
• i have every right on this whole ass earth to decline ANY commission i dont wanna do for any reason. if you argue with me youll just be blocked.
• the complexity of the commission will absolutely affect the price of it, and it is not based solely on the base prices listed previously. this may be self explanatory, but im saying it here just in case.
• upon receiving your commission, you can do whatever with it, its yours; however, you can NOT actually claim you drew it, trace it, or feed it into any NFT or AI things. ill kill you. additionally, you can not use it for commercial use unless previously agreed upon by me.
• If commercial use is agreed upon by me, I may ask for additional payment to compensate for my work being used and profited off of. This is situational, but expect I ask for a percentage of what is being made off my piece, or an added percentage of the total commission price. If this is an issue your inquiry will be denied.
• i ask that you give me around 2-3 weeks to finish your commission. ill state if this changes. if this time passes and you have not received anything, MESSAGE ME.
• if you wish to cancel the commision, ill provide a full refund if the commission has not yet been started (if payment was made through Paypal, you likely will receive less money than originally paid due to the transaction fees. this is out of my control) after the commission has been started, though, i may deny a full refund. please dont waste my time.
• if you commission an NSFW/suggestive drawing from me, i have to be able to confirm your age somehow. (like if it is listed in your bio). I will not ask for physical identification (ID, Driver's license, passport, etc.) this is in regards to your online safety within unsecured text messages on the internet. Please do not send me any of these forms of ID. However, if i cant confirm youre over 18 and have doubts i will decline yo ass. If you happen to be over the age of 18 and I've declined you, move on. damn.
• ill ask for additional details i may need in order to start your commission. this can be things like asking what kind of art style or rendering you want. If you don't specify a style then I will pick one myself, just note that it will affect the price, so just pick a style please.
• all money is taken UPFRONT before i start your commission. payments are through Cashapp or PayPal only. up to 2 split charges can be requested. (Half price before i start. Rest of the price after the sketch is approved.)
• please note for PayPal payments i may increase the price to cover fees.
• during the production of your commission, i will send a sketch in order to be approved before rendering. you may request any changes during this time, and ill send as many sketches as needed until it is approved by you. if you are being unreasonably picky with the sketch, I may refund your money and deny further work on the commission. I've not had to do this before tho so you should be fine.
• upon finishing your commission, ill send it to you either via Email, Newgrounds, or Discord/Discord links. you can request this.
